Yes, I have been getting this since this afternoon, and according to
the checker at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ my ping has gone up to
50+ ms from a usual 5ms or so, also having problems using the
playstation network.

Yes. Very slow here as well. Very long delays when clicking links on web
pages, often just timing out.

Very slow here as well.

Things have started to improve here in Corby, Northamptonshire.
The web is much more responsive and Playstation network now usable.
Test sites show ping back to usual

though BT wholesale test is still slightly high.
